Forrest City Athletic Hall of Fame

The 16th Annual Forrest City Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony will honor seven new members. The honorees are chosen from three eras: Lincoln High School, Forrest City High School before 1970 and Forrest City High School after 1970.

This year’s honorees include: Elnora Walker Berry ’61 and Stanley Coleman ’68 from Lincoln; Robert “Bob” Cosgrove ’51 and Betty Mills ’47 from Forrest City before 1970; and Marvin Austin ’75, Darrell Edwards ’76, and Michael Gray ’77 from Forrest City after 1970.

The induction ceremony will be held September 25, 2015 at the Performing Arts Center at East Arkansas Community College at 5:00 pm. Tickets are $12 each and can be purchased at Times Herald Printing or the Forrest City Area Chamber of Commerce.
