Forrest City Athletic Hall of Fame

The Eleventh Annual Forrest City Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony will honor eight athletes, one coach, and one individual for meritorious service into the 2010 Class.

This year’s honorees include Jacob Dinwiddie, Toler Hutchins and Charles Phillips from Lincoln High School; Barbara Wilburn, Terry Bradshaw and Houston Agnew from Forrest City High School after 1970; Vernon Turk, Bill Elsass and Curtis Merrell from Forrest City High School before 1970; and David J. Cohn for meritorious service.

The induction ceremony will be held on September 17, 2010 at the new Performing Arts Center at East Arkansas Community College. It will begin at 5:00 p.m. Tickets to the event are $10 each and they can be purchased at Baxter & Associates and The Forrest City Area Chamber of Commerce.
